In-Store Returns/Exchanges: We gladly accept returns or exchanges for items purchased from our online store within 30 days from the date of purchase. However, all returns or exchanges must be conducted at our store located in Kirti Nagar, New Delhi. We regret to inform you that due to the high value of our products and insurance coverage, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges via courier or other postal services.
Refunds: If you choose to return your item at our store within 30 days of purchase, we will provide a full refund of the item’s purchase price. Please ensure the item is in its original condition, unworn and with the original packaging intact.
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so as quickly as possible. We will accept order cancellations provided the item has not yet been shipped. Once the item has been shipped, we will be unable to cancel the order.
